Title: Meditation

I just went to a meditation class; that's some shit. I don't feel like I was doing it right, but I guess it takes some time to learn to do correctly.

Does anyone practice meditation? When you do it right, is it like zoning out when you daydream?

My buddy back in HS claimed he could meditate and leave his body and travel to the spirit world.  That's some awesome shit.
