I've been trying to restrict what I eat and I've lost quite a bit of weight. However, I got to work today and the only thing in the cafeteria was some vegetarian pizza. it's all really fresh, not over-processed crap like at pizza hut. How bad do you think it is?
I need to know this type of stuff.

Depends on the crust, almost entirely.

Thin crust or even thinner is the way to go, from that point on it has to do with portions. 2 slices max.

The crust was pretty thin. but still a bit thicker than say pizza huts thin crust. and i should have only gotten one piece, but i was weak. fuck.
this is the worst thing i've eaten in 3 weeks. but my god, it had peppers and tomatoes and mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Yeah, although it's easier for me to take the advice that the trainer has given me and do it by myself at home.

Eh, I was kinda chubby. I've pretty much lost it now though. Now i'm more to the sculpting phase :)
