Title: it's lunch time bitches! what are you having/have had?

here's what's on the menu: hot pastrami reuben on oatmeal/wheat bread. (sauerkraut, deli sliced/cooked pastrami, *special sauce) i'm STARVING

Yeah, you can get a 2-liter bottle or a 12-pack of cans. I've seen it almost everywhere.

The stuff has so much sugar in it, you can smell it as soon you pop open a can.

I've seen it at Safeway, Albertsons, Rite-Ad, Walgreens, Fred Meyer, QFC, etc...

well it's a lot thicker. it's awesome. i can't go back. regular milk used to make me gag and would hurt my stomach a few hours later. but i can drink a cup of organic milk and i don't feel anything and it tastes great. yum yum

I don't get Horizon because there's a lot of BS going on with the farms they buy from. A lot of them aren't really organic, but their milk is labelled as so. However, Horizon doesn't do any processing so it's still a shitload better than regular brands.

I've found Marie Callender to be the best overall non-organic microwave dinner brand, but I'd like to be proved wrong. It still isn't that great, although earlier this week I did have a Marie Callender chicken teryaki with rice and vegetables that advertised MORE CHICKEN that actually tasted good AND felt like I had a whole meal!

I think in japan the way they do yakiniku is that you cook it yourself so that it's exactly how you like it.

I don't know, I just heard they give you a long piece of steak with the seasoning/marinade on it and you cook it.

It could be the desk job, too. I'd been slacking on working out, too. Now it's 30-45 minutes of time on the eliptical trainer and workout videos OnDemand five days a week!

it's not a strict diet, like i made it myself and i'm not counting calories. But it's stuff I like to eat. I just make sure I buy organic/non processed foods and/or I cook it myself. It's amazing how much better you'll feel.

of course I have off days too. Like sunday night, i had some tombstone pizza and ice cream (homemade btw).
