I am still playing. I am raising my magic knight's levels now by taking on quests (my quest progress is 43% thus far). I have a feeling I am near the endgame, but there's still much to be done.
-
i am, intermittantly
-
My train ride to work is 50 minutes, so I'm playing about two hours a day, more or less.
-
Update: I've put in 51 hours 32 minutes into the game so far. Completed 58.7% of the available quests. I got all the radiant equipment for the Magic Knight class a while back and now I'm working on getting the radiant equipment for the Warrior class.
It's still fun, though it gets a little frustrating at times. Whenever things get too monotonous I just switch out to a DS game, then go back to it a while later. Still, PSP GOTY for me so far.
-
63.7% and I just got all of the warrior's radiant equipment. Next up - thief's radiant equipment. :)

This is turning into my .Hack thread haha :( Sorry buddy, Two Worlds is about as popular as .Hack
-
It's not Two Worlds, it's Tales of the World. The PSP game. :lol
-
haha oh shit, I hate mondays
-
I could probably finish the game now if I wanted, but I really want to get all the different classes' ultimate equipment. :D :D :D
I'd also like to get 100% quest completion...so that might take a while.

Get Prole to play Loki so that he'll start a thread about it.

:rofl

Over 80% quest completion thus far. I got the thief and fighter radiant equipment, and opened up the last secret class I was missing - ninja. I'm leveling that class up now so I can get its radiant equipment. After I'm done with ninja, it's on to hunter (uses bows), and then I guess I'll trudge on to the magic-based classes - I'm not looking forward to doing solo battles with those classes. :/
-
Is this thread about Two Worlds yet?
-
i just restarted as a thief on my psp slim

So far I have come across some weird "special equipment." Keep in mind that I've been playing for sixty-plus hours, and in that time, two enemies have dropped some rare armor (Angel Halo and Golden Helm) that is more powerful than the radiant equipment. The font for these items is colored green and they have a lot of special abilities. :o
Dunno how to make these drops more consistent or how to get some special equipment other than helms...
-
90% quest completion so far...the only quests that are left to do seem to be versus battles against the various Tales characters.
Just got the ninja and hunter radiant equipments. Leveling up the priest job now, and after that's done, I'll try to get the radiant equipment for that job as well.
-
Got the priest's radiant equipment (and the title "high priest" which speeds up spell casting, whoo), and now I'm working on leveling up the mage class...
91.7% done on the quest front. There really can't be much left to the game that I haven't explored, I think.
-
Way too many fetch quests for my liking. I commend you for sticking with it Ichi!
-
I like dungeon hack-type games. The game is totally full of fetch-quests but the quests are really just excuses to get your characters into dungeons where they can level up and find items/equipment/materials.
The skits are also really enjoyable but I haven't seen one for about the last fifteen hours of gameplay, I think I already saw them all. :lol
At this point I'm mostly playing to get all the radiant equipment and to get 100% on all the quests. I almost decided to just finish the game back when I had 80% of the quests and half of the radiant equipment but then I figured "I've come this far, I might as well do all of it!"
-
95%, finished getting all the radiant equipment, exploring some of the extra magic map dungeons now...there's some unique equipment that apparently you can only get from the magic map dungeons which is even stronger than the radiant equipment. So far I've gotten the golden helm, angel halo, and hyper gauntlets (you can tell they're unique equipment because the name of the item appears in a green font). The golden helm and hyper gauntlets are ancient equipment that "belonged to Gilgamesh, according to the Ishtar legends."
I hear that after you restart the game and change difficulty (to hard or maniac), even more new equipment opens up. :o :o :o
-
Oh, wtf
I am trying to get all the Gilgamesh equipment. This is a pain in the fucking ass. Gilgamesh equipment is all random drops from enemies who are above level 40. Apparently, the more Gilgamesh equipment you have equipped, the more likely you are to get the random drops. I've been in the magic map dungeons for like four hours and all I've gotten so far is a unique sword (which isn't part of the Gilgamesh equipment, but is equippable in the class I'm using right now, magic knight). So far all I have are the golden helm and the hyper gauntlet. :/
I might take pictures of the radiant equipment for all the various classes and post them here, depending on how the pictures turn out.
I think I'm probably going to give up on the rest of the Gilgamesh equipment - I checked GameFAQs and apparently I'm missing Jet Boots, Golden Armor (which are dropped by the Golden Knight, a super-rare enemy in the magic map dungeons which I have only seen once in all my hours of play), Excalibur, and some sort of special shield.

Finished the game with 99.7% of quests completed. Upon starting new game plus I earned two new difficulty levels (hard, very hard) which open up new equipment, and got a new title, "world savior", which lets me earn experience faster. Maybe I'll check out that new stuff later.
Now, I've started Jeanne D'Arc.
