DJ Max 2 has an English option.
It also has a Japanese option so you can pretend it's an awesome import japafag game.
I bought it from Play-Asia for money day one, baby.
Dunno why it hasn't been brought to the U.S. Music is like, four in-house Korean guys under different aliases (a la Beatmania) so it's not like it's a licensing nightmare or anything.

It also has a cheeseburger Mode, where korean cheeseburgers shake their titties before the camera pans down and you see their snausages.

dj max portable is quite possibly the best PSP game to never come out in america.  so fucking good.
