Title: Monster hunter Portable 2 pisses me off
Post by: abrader on September 04, 2007, 05:54:06 PM: just makes me double dipped mad that we didnt get the PS2 game with online play in the US because homo reviewers killed the sales of the first title :( :( :(

zakly and thats my pisser ...MH 1 STILL has a strong online community in Noth America/EU....we dont get PS2 MH2 with online, but instead the portable MH2 without online.

Fucking sucks... I never playt my MH1 PSP because its not online...now MH2 portable is just pissing me off that ill never play it online...and it seems pretty fukkin awesome otherwise.

Use a tunnel. :P If I get this game, I plan on doing just that...play the game on TV with the PSP 2000 and online with a tunnel.

Capcom has been focusing on their Monster Hunter online PC game, so I don't think adding in online play to the PSP MH2 was of any concern to them.

They should port the PC game to the 360/PS3.

Post by: MrAngryFace on September 04, 2007, 09:20:49 PM: I honestly dont know why it isnt ported to PC while RE4 and the like are. If anything the PC Gamer demographic is far more open to games like Monster Hunter anyway.

I think the reviews are saying that solo is still pretty lame. It's a shame that they didn't have online for the US version. I guess they didn't research the US market properly because in Japan, it's common to see a bunch of people playing PSPs together in public.

Like I said right above you, they have a Monster Hunter PC game. I don't understand why it hasn't gotten an English release.
