It's true. Sorry. :-\ It took him a while. Thanks to the amnesty stance of George Bush Mupepe was able to be a full citizen after being a tax evading illegal for most of his life.

It's kind of inspiring, knowing that a guy who started off as a drug mule crossing the Arizona desert every few months is now a legitimate citizen of the US of A.
