Post by: MrAngryFace on September 11, 2007, 01:10:19 AM
It crashes non-stop on base install. So then I download the patch and it won't even start. OMG SHITTY :*(

You could try entering your CD-key into steam and then download the game from steam.  I had no problems with a CD installation.  I had to use steam for a reinstallation because I lost the disc.  The steam installation was fine too and was actually more convinient because I didn't have to put the game into the disc drive.

the boot failure probably has to do with the ridiculous copy protection on it (starforce, i think), anyhow. go to gamecopyworld and see if it runs with a NO-CD crack.

That's why I suggested MAF to use steam if he doesn't mind the DL time.  It's more convenient than cracks because all the patches will install properly.

For some reason, I thought this thread was gonna be about Dark Savior.  Does anybody remember that isometric RPG/platformer for the Saturn?
