I gotta go with WRC. I've never been bored watching a rally event, and I always make sure I watch any TV coverage that's on.

f1. wrc is tons of fun, but in the end it's still only time trial. f1 is where they actually race head-to-head which makes for some awesome races.

Old-school F1, like in Grand Prix.  I can get interested in WRC, dirt bike racing, and the recaps of endurance races like Le Mans for a little while but nothing I'd want to watch regularly.  For some reason I find road bike races like the Tour de France about 100x more interesting.
