Title: Is this the worst boxart this year?

The Japanese version of SSX Blur for the Wii.  WHAT WERE THEY THINKING??

And I see that the U.S. version doesn't look much better. :-\

that's not too bad -- kind of a gorillaz ripoff. the us cover is actually much worse. if you want to go with an inexplicable anime twist on a western game, the japanese crackdown cover is pretty weird

For this year, mebbe (though I think the actual art for the Spider-Man game is still worse).  All-time champ is still the US art for the first Mega Man game.
