I like the first one. It's a good haunted house movie.
You're thinking of the first movie. The sequels are pretty terrible. To their credit, they weren't total rehashes like most sequels are. They tried different thigs. They just didn't work.

Yeah, sounds about right. I remember seeing all of them on a marathon, but it was so long ago that I forgot which one was which. That clown scene scared the shit outta me.

I am not sure. I've only seen the third movie once, and the second one maybe twice. It's not the first one.

Poltergeist 3 is a total fucking waste of a movie UNTIL that gypsy lady dies.... AND THEN THE GIRL THATS BEEN MISSING FOR 40 MINUTES COMES TEARING OUT HER BODY SCREAMING. It is fuck awesome and it completely redeems the rest of that shitty movie.
