At Konami's TGS press event earlier this week an executive for the company couldn't help but join in for some good old-fashioned PlayStation 3 teasing. The comment came from Kazuya Takahashi, Online Contents Production, Exec. Dir., as he was discussing Konami's plans for mobile phones.
While making a point about how every consumer has a mobile phone (and it is therefore the biggest market for gaming), he asked everyone in attendance who had a Wii. Next, he asked who had a Nintendo DS. Finally he asked, "How many of you have a PlayStation 3? Probably none."
Of course, Konami then brought out Hideo Kojima to show off the latest trailer for its PS3-exclusive Metal Gear Solid 4. So it had better hope one or two people have a PS3 by the time it comes out.

Uhhh itiotic ramblings from a henchmen that are devalidated by his cell-phones are the biggest market flabber.
And exactly what platform is standardized among cell-phones?
Java? LOL

Java > PS3 so far

Java > PS3 so far
my point being that mostly all cellphones (while sporting logo's that they support java) all support some propritary handset specific form of java.
Shadow standards baby.
-
my point is that ps3 needs to support some sort of 'games to play' standard
