Title: Apple is Nazi Germany and I'm Poland
Post by: Hitler Stole My Potato on September 22, 2007, 06:23:50 PM
I'm being blitzkrieged. Everytime I turn around I'm seeing that i-Pod nano commercial and wherever I go I'm hearing Feist's "1-2-3-4" being played on the radio or over some loudspeaker which makes me think of the freaking' nano. Pretty soon I expect I'll have someone knock on my front door and when I answer it they'll tackle me and shove a nano up my ass that has nothing but that damn Feist song on it.
Christ, this is a marketing campaign that could've only been constructed in hell.

I also feel, whenever I bat my eye to my TV (which is usually always on in the background)...that fucken Feist commercial is playing.

Thank god I gave up on TV. I don't even know what you guys are talking about.
I haven't had cable television (or satellite service) or an antenna set up for my TV in like eight years. It's so great-the house is actually quiet, save for the hum of computers from the office during the evening.

The only thing I watch is Discovery, History, IFC, Documentary, Current, and Burn Notice once a week and I still see the commercials.

Yea, I kinda need TV if only for sports broadcasts. Other than that, I'd be more than fine without it.
