Title: Anyone else like rain as much as I do?

People say... if it rains... it sucks... because you'll get wet... and it's cold and icky...

People want sun and stuff.

But I like rain a lot. I love the atmosphere it brings and the smell.

Also you just use an umbrella if it's raining so hard. Or get some kind of shelter under a tree or something.

It's great stuff. Great atmosphere. :nuhuh

I love the rain.

1) Usually makes me introverted or sappy

2) I love the smell of Rain

3) The sound of rain, be it hitting the roof or the ground

4) I love overcast weather. The atmosphere is great and very laid back

I actually really dislike overly sunny days, for whatever reason.

Wow, it's fairly unusual to hear people talking about rain in a positive way.  I agree with everything posted in this thread so far.  And I hate bright, sunny days as well.  Oddly enough, they're a bit depressing to me.

No shit you love the rain, you live in the netherlands.  Normal people do not like to walk through rain.  It gets them wet.

When I was in high school I walked to and from school, and no one here uses an umbrella cept old fuddy duddys

I like it when it rains. I get to sleep in more because the sun isn't glaring through my window in the morning. It's also really relaxing to just sit on the porch to listen and watch.

I fuckin' HATE the rain when I'm outdoors. I'm not a fan of being clothed and wet.

But when I'm chilling indoors with a hot cup of something and a few b-rips? Rain is lovely then.

I like it when I have no where to go, but rain sucks if I have to drive to school or work because people drive like even bigger shitheads than they normally do.

I like the sound of rain hitting glass. That hasn't been happening though, since it's either too noisy and I can't hear or there's not enough wind.  :(
