I had a DS Lite but sold it, as I have too many game systems and never really played it that much. Now I want to play that new Panzer Tactics game, but I don't want to pay $130 to do it. Since I only play inside anyway (dude, I'm in my thirties, I'm not playing that shit outside) the screen brightness doesn't bother me that much. I'll probably play a couple of other games, but it won't really ever get used that often, so the Fat is fine with me. How cheap can I find a DS fat, and where do I look?

Synbios, when you actually see a real vagina as opposed to one printed on glossy paper, then you will come within a thousand miles of being able to tell me what I do or do not deserve.
When you're in your twenties you can still get away with gameboying in public. Once you pass thirty-five, gameboying in public looks like you're cruising for pedo thrills.

Oh and I lost my DS a couple of weekends ago... my fuckin' DUKE DS and like 8 games in an Altoid tin. I swear to god the TSA fuckheads at the airport stole it. So Billy, if Eel doesn't want to buy it... I will. (But if Eel does, then by all means! Don't want to muscle in)

It's normal over here, that's probably why I'm used to it. I guess it's a different (i.e., shameful) thing in the States. Like dressing as Master Chief in a LAN party.

I would probably watch a movie on my PSP in public, maybe. Maybe. People might think you have some sort of iPod or something. But that's about it. That shit is for the couch, or car trips.

It was so surprising the other day; I played Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow on a black DS Lite in class when the break began. Coincidentally, the girl sitting to the left had a pink DS Lite and some fruity Nintendo game.
It's probably the only DS game that I really liked, the PSP's library is superior in every single way.
And come on, pussies, it's so fun and relaxing to play handhelds in public, what's with the shame? It's even cooler when the game has annoying MIDI music, I then make sure to turn the volume to the loudest setting.

I think it's super, uber gay to be like Captain Playstation when you're online, but then be too embarrassed to let people know you actually *gasp* play games in real life! I couldn't deal with all the stress of having to put on a front all the time, I'd rather just be myself.

Plus, the biggest reason is that I have absolutely no desire to play games in public. I'd prefer interacting with the human beings around me instead. Not once have I ever been to the beach or a public park and wished I had a handheld game. It's not necessary to be glued to an electronic device 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I'm not saying that I have my nose face down in a game whenever I'm out in public (I love how there's no in-between), it's just that I don't give a fuck what people think of me when I do whip it out for whatever reason. I'm secure enough in my nerdiness to not give a fuck what the next person thinks.
