According to the SA thread in Cinema Discusso, it's going to COMPLETE CEL ANIMATION with no cg at ALL. It will also use a water color technique. :bow Cel animation!

Comes out next year!

Ponyo was announced about a year ago now, all we know about it is that it's about a goldfish princess who wants to become human, and befriends a 5-year old boy.

Every Miyazaki film is his last. He's been saying this since Mononoke Hime.
