Every fucking teaser between shows spoils all the best parts and surprises of the show coming up.

i remember when I was watching the season finale of Hells Kitchen there was a commercial for the news that was on after the show. In the commercial they said they would take us behind the scenes and give us background on the winner. They said something about who won and said "he" well the two finalist were male and female so they gave it away, I was so pissed.

Top Chef is a much better show than Hell's Kitchen.  At least for food connoisseurs.
