Why the hell would you want to control the birds in a screensaver?  Isn't a screensaver supposed to be running when you're away?

..I think the idea is that you leave your PS3 like folding or downloading something (so you have a reason to leave it on) and you have this screensaver taking very little power also running so whenever you pass by your tv, you move the birds around a little.  would be kind of neat if you're in front of your tv don't want to watch tv shows because you're studying and want take a 15 second break.

I'm more interested in the weird style and all the transparencies and whatever.

Yeah, except that folding has it's own proprietary screensaver you're forced to use.
