Title: my wallet asks "Should I commit Sin and endure Punishment"?

is this game worth the 1200 point download?   i've heard nothing but good things about S&P on VC.  i love treasure games and am a shmup nut but never owned a copy of the game myself.  i'm also tempted by SMB Lost Worlds.  at the same time, i've refused to support the VC pricing considering there are no visual upgrades, leaderboards, online play, or content improvements -- essentially all these games are just emulated ROMs with a hefty price tag and virtual instruction booklet slapped on them.

i don't have a proper controller for my PC.  i think the experience would be shittastic... in fact my PC is such crap that it may not even emulate the damn game properly.

You can run Lost Levels!

Sin and Punishment is one of those wack japanese games that gaffots love, ignore it

PSP can also emulate N64! Pretty cruddy, but you could probably get at least 10fps out of it for Sin and Punishment

Also Lost Levels is on Super Mario All-Stars SNES

YES! there will probably never be a better use for a wii. actually i'm halfway tempted to dig up my n64 (if i still have one) JUST FOR SOME S+P ACTION

:o considering i've liked a few of your recommendations in the past, i may have to jump on S&P.

smb2 will be reserved for my psp.
