look at these screens of the 360 version:

that's pretty weird. might be a style decision that somehow in motion it looks good without AA (no I can not remember any case of this) but they definitely should be able to include it considering these are the min requirements of the PC version:
Team Fortress 2 Recommended System Requirements
CPU: 2.4 GHz Processor
RAM: 512 MB
Graphics Card: DirectX 9 capable graphics card 256 MB
Windows 2000/XP/ME/98
Mouse
Keyboard
Internet Connection
CD or DVD rom drive
Team Fortress 2 Ideal System Requirements
(For running the game smooth in 1280x1024 with High Quality graphics)
CPU: 3.4 GHz Processor
RAM: 1024 MB
Graphics Card: Radeon X800 or Geforce 6800
Windows 2000/XP/ME/98
Mouse
Keyboard
Internet Connection
CD or DVD rom drive
does the PC version have an AA option? I can't think of any hardware reason for the console versions to not have AA (especially with the low PC requirements) if the PC version has it.

Yes, in fact there are many different AA options I don't know what they mean though. I always thought the recommended requirements should be the minimum.
I'd imagine the reason they wouldn't include AA is because most console owners wouldn't notice a difference or even know what it is, whereas PC owners would.
