Recently watched Ratatouille, but I'd have to say Finding Nemo still wins my vote.

I adore Pixar I'd go ranking & rating wise:
1. Toy Story 2 - 10/10
2. Toy Story - 10/10
3. The Incredibles - 10/10
4. Monster's Inc. - 9/10
5. Ratatouille - 9/10
6. Finding Nemo - 8.5/10
7. A Bug's Life - 7.5/10
8. Cars - 7/10
I can't fucking wait for Toy Story 3. 2010 is so far away. :-\
-
I've never seen a Pixar movie.
Oh wait, I've seen Shrek. It sucked!!!
Uh...

I don't see a lot of movies, but I do want to see more movies. Pixar movies are on the bottom of my list, although Ratatouille seems alright.
Oh my god....
-
1. Toy Story
2. A Bugs Life
3. Toy Story 2
These three could change spots. It is ahrd for me to nail down a single favorite.
But then
4. Incredibles
5. Ratatouille
6. Monsters Inc
7. Nemo
8. Cars
6 and 7 could change spots, actually the bottom three are interchangeable.

Toy Story 2 and The Incredibles are my favorites. I didn't like A Bug's Life and Monster's Inc. And while I didn't like them, they were still pretty damn good. The only one I hated was Cars.
Haven't seen Ratatouille yet, but I've got the Blu-ray on order.
-
Damnit. :lol
Ok I guess I've seen Toy Story. It was good.
Well it's good that Pixar didn't make Shrek because now I know Pixar doesn't suck either.
durrpyderrrrr

I have no clue why I adore Monster's Inc. There is just something about it.

i like it, too, but i wouldn't say it's better than finding nemo.

It's the ending. God I love the ending. The rest of the movie was pretty meh though.

that little girl was so cute :-[

On another note I am really excited about Wall-E. I've always had a thing for movies with robots that act like humans ala Short Circuit and the like.
-
1. Toy Story
2. A Bugs Life
3. Toy Story 2
These are the only ones I've seen.
-
I love that the Toy Story movies admit our attachment to toys as real emotional beings. I use to sometimes dig up an old toy and play with it because I didn't want it to feel abondoned. The second movie dealt with the ruining of this by collecters. I remember buying comic books and not caring that the store owner wrapped it up in tight plastic and cardboard, because I was actually buying them to read them and thumb through. This was somehow unholy to them and the whole magic of these things were lost upon them.
-
Toy Story 2 imo is behind only Godfather II and Empire Strikes Back as the best sequel. One of the rare times the sequel is just as good as the first film.
-
Terminator 2 > Toy Story 2
-
Monsters Inc. followed by Finding Nemo, but I haven't seen any of the last three.
-
I just can't imagine a world where any toy I owned was imbued with the personalities of Tom Hanks or Tim Allen, two of the most boring people on Earth. Also Randy Newman is stuck in my head now. Fuck.
Sing-a-long time!

Terminator 2 > Toy Story 2
Agreed. That movie slipped my mind.
Toy Story 2 is behind the 3 I mentioned and T2 and Aliens
-
finding nemo suuuuucks.
i still need to see ratatouille.
but my favorite pixar movie is toy story followed by monsters inc
-
Toss up between Ratatouille and The Incredibles. Ratatouille is the better movie, but Incredibles gets a favorite vote for actually being a funny take on heroes and comic booky shit, even if it isn't totally original. The rest of their movies are, well, give or take for me. They are good at what they do, better than anyone else, and they rape rape, say, Dreamworks, but all of their other movies are still kid's movies that pander to children. QUality is quality, but I don't want to watch most of that with my free time. Ratatouille is my favorite because it really panders least to children.

ratatouille, followed by cars

LARRY THE CABLE GUY!

in general, pixar movies aren't that great (for people over 10). I did like monster's inc but I haven't seen it in a long time and don't remember much. ratatouille was kiddy too but it didn't try to stir in "adult" humor (which falls on it's face in pixar movies) so I liked it. a bug's life is a bit better than ratatouille but I'm not sure if it's my favorite, I loved the characters but the plot wasn't anything special (I was 10 when I watched it so it was a particularly kiddy plot.) incredibles wasn't that great but it's really good for babysitting.
-
Most of their movies reuse the same plot device over and over again.
"I'm a free thinking non-conformist living in a structured society but OMG I AM MY OWN PERSON."
-
no, not really.
-
The Incredibles. Great shit.
-
The Incredibles is my favorite even with the philosophy for dumbs thrown in there. I can't stand the Toy Story movies, and I haven't seen Ratatouille.
Watered down philosophy in movies isn't really a problem until it becomes too explicit. Both The Incredibles and Ratatouille have it in there but without ever becoming some obnoxious "high concept" allegory.
1) The Incredibles
2) Toy Story 2
3) Ratatouille
-
I loved Ratatouille's look and most of the characters, but the two leads (Linguini and Remy) had really, really annoying voices. Especially Remy. Patton Oswalt FTL. What an arrogant, smarmy-sounding motherfucker.
My favorite is easily The Incredibles.

1. Toy Story - 10/10
2. The Incredibles - 10/10
3. Toy Story 2 - 9/10
4. A Bug's Life - 6.5/10
5. Finding Nemo - 6/10
6. Monster's Inc. - 6/10
7. Cars - 5/10

you've never seen cars!

The Incredibles.

Monsters Inc!
:bow :bow :bow :bow :bow :bow :bow
One of the greatest movies ever made.

2. The Incredibles - 10/10
3. Toy Story 2 - 9/10
4. A Bug's Life - 6.5/10

6. Monster's Inc. - 6/10
7. Cars - 5/10

you've never seen cars!
Sadly I did. When you have to help a friend babysit her little sister you see all types of horrible things. I saw Cars, a Pokemon movie I've never heard of, and endless episodes of some Southpark looking pet show on Nick :'(
