i've always wondered if it would hold up on a recent viewing. i loved it when i was 10 and i thought maximilian was fuck scary and of course the ambiguous ending but i also suspect that the acting and sets may depress me

The movie has aged pretty well. Then again, I watch it every couple months, so I may have developed a blind eye to it's awfulness. It's the perfect lazy Saturday night movie.

the movie is amazing. I love darkstar the best.
