I don't have cable, either. I wish I could buy single channels, though:
Animal Planet
USA
TNT
Discovery
ABC Family
Nickelodeon

...and that's about it. I love me some nature shows, old shows, and the Law & Order franchise.

Also, I used to kinda like Britney. It's sad that she's such a fucking trainwreck.
