it kind of looks like a bad combination of a jerri curl and afro.  I wouldn't mind because my hair kind of looks like that but he pays $60 for that.

I saw some armenian guy at a gas station earlier, same haircutt but with lots and lots of fucken wet afro sheen type shit. Hairstyle straight out the 80's

He sad his hairy is naturally very frazzy or whatever, so he has to use a bunch of curling conditioners to keep his hair like that
