Yea, as a sniper, you do depend on your team being at least halfway decent. I love shooting Heavys in the face. Picking off Scout's running across the top of the bridge in 2fort is satisfying as well. :P

I generally play Engie, Soldier, Demo, or Spy and do pretty well with all of them. I'm still ranked in the low 50s out of 6,000+ on the 360 Ranked Leaderboard. The only class I still really suck at is Pyro. Other than being one of the best ways to shut down Spies, I can't seem to get any use out of them.:lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol
I like Heavy too, but they're always going to be fodder for pretty much any capable class. They're an important target and Spies are just something you sort of have to deal with or switch classes to combat the problem.
I'm pretty good at sniping on 360; I've got a knack for it in other games. Even so, the class is a waste on most maps if you aren't consistent or if you're positioning yourself wrong. The maximum player count on 360 is too low to have someone idling with their sniper rifle and contributing nothing.

i wish engineers would build teleporters :(Most of the time, people are to dumb to use them. I can't count the number of times I've built a teleporter to the entrance of an enemy area only for no one to use it.
Why wouldn't they be cannon fodder? That's their primary use, and the reason why teaming with a medic is so effective.Because they can still be useful and kick ass without a medic, I'd say Pyros are cannon fodder.

Pretty much. I don't understand why people hate the map. I'm thinking their either terrible at it or are tired of playing it for 10+ years. The map has staying power for a reason.
I do build teleporters and make sure to announce where they lead to followed by a friendly "USE IT". Usually after two shouts everyone on the team gets with the program and uses it. Often times it leads to a flag capture since no one expects a teleporter exit right at their sewer stairs in 2fort for example. People always assume placing a sentry down in the sewer room will curb any attacks.
