Just upgraded the laptop to RC2, and it runs GREAT.

Oh well I got my audigy 2 working with RC2 but it took MAGIC BEANS. Fuck u creative.

the one GB of RAM is not my friend when it comes to upgrading, I heard Vista requires 40GB of free space and 1 gb of ram, ouch not there, even with my new(er) laptop.

my laptop has 896MB and runs Vista RC2 spotlessly, with a good 256+ MB working set available.

I have a gig on my main pc and  RC2 runs fine, im upgrading, but for Company of Heroes.

That said, ATi's vista drivers have given me an INSANE boost in CoH :D
