Im halfway through it and its just fucking unbelievable what her home life was like. I mean its the stuff of the worst horror movies. Its to the point of disbelief sometimes. Great book tho, but its hard to read some parts cause some of the stuff is pretty twisted.

Thanks for ruining my night, TVC.  Humanity sucks.

I came across that at 6am on a Sunday morning after pulling an all nighter.  It freaked me out.  How is that shit like, not common knowledge today?  Why is that story not notorious?

I put this book and another, The Center Cannot Hold: My Journey Through Madness, on my amazon wish list.

Finished it today. Extremely compelling read. While the amount of detail and the resources used to create the book are vast, some of it seems so surreal for anyone thats lived a normal life, all the way to the point of skepticism. Even then you can pretend its a sci fi book and still have fun LOL.

Its pretty graphic tho, I made the mistake of reading a bunch of chapters before bed, had to read one of my light hearted satire-ridden Onion collections.

what kind of style of writing is it?  is it told like a story or more non-fiction like with facts and events?

Its told in a novel format, based off of all of his notes and tapes, which makes it a really easy read. Took him 6 years to write :-0

Only trouble comes when trying to break away from it during a work week and its fucking 12 am and you just read some freaky shit and qrhshthsfgh

It should be easy to find. Newsweek plugged it, and its been getting good reviews.
