My drum rating is based off the few times I've sat at a real drum kit. I'm a disaster.

Trust me, the drum kit for the game isn't too far off.  You need to be pretty damned efficient.  I managed Dani California on Medium pretty well, but Medium is as far as I'd wager I'd be able to pass.
