I would say that you should definitely play Half-Life 2 and Episode 1/2 if you can after playing Half-Life. They are essential gaming experiences, IMO.

Purchased for 360, now understand value of user-made mods. Up until I began to see otherwise *, I thought mods were all about putting Dragon Ball Z characters in Starcraft and Doom lol

EDIT: *being about a year and a half ago.

Picked these up for 22 bucks last night at big lots. Space Rangers 2 has some sort of starforce crap on it, probably really old starforce too.

That is a GREAT game. I played the living piss out of that last year-it tickled my dialo levels and loot RPG fix and my Star Control nostalgia at the same time. :o

Most of those games are actually pretty timeless, to be honest. They might be dated, but few of them really show it when you sit down and play them.

Also, Homeworld 2 is sex, but like the first one, some tough missions.

How does Space Rangers 2 play? I get the idea that there is like a half a dozen genres in there or something.
