Title: Someone needs to send the State Dept some seasons of Law and Order

I have to ask cuz im dumb, but cant Iraq sue them?

How can they not take it away? Isn't it fairly common that if an ambassador or whatever does something illegal the govt can waive his diplomatic immunity?

Private Military Companies are a thing to fear. The move towards Mercs being exempt from Laws of War that would umbrella under a soldier from a militarized nation is just.fucken.scary.

aren't judges able to give immunity and take it away?  it's probably a pain in the ass to do that for anybody, much less blackwater, but I think it's possible.

I'm pretty sure Iraq is already sueing US like $315 million for the families of the victims.

what we need is a strong national government capable of supporting a standing army sufficient to defend the nation
