Why do you guys hate on MMOs?

Why do you guys hate on MMOs?
My biggest problem is that I don't like having to pay to play a game after I've already paid for it.
-
Because they've taken up a bulk of pc games these past few years and we don't need another one of those pieces of shit.
Grim Fandango is the best game ever, Lucasarts. Rerelease it so a new generation can experience its godliness.

Me too, even though it would be nice if BioWare actually made a decent Star Wars MMO other than that Galaxies bullshit.

It always bothered me how Kotor I had an interesting plot, setting, and characters, yet Kotor II wasn't horrible but not near as good as Kotor I. I know a lot has to do with Obsidian having to ship the game early but it still sucks. BTW, anyone know anything about that Kotor II restoration project?

KOTOR1 didn´t have an interesting plot, outside of the huge Revan plot twist. The characters were one-dimensional and the writing was not that good. It sometimes felt like a Disney live-action movie. I still liked the game, though

I thought it was interesting, at least getting to talk to everyone and learn their backstory's. I dunno, I think the Kotor story's are FAR better than any of the prequel movies anyway.

I keep hearing that KOTOR 2's characters are better and all of that.
