These people are fairly talented, extremely mismanaged, and sure to be looking for new jobs soon. It's the motherlode!
-
I liked the Beta.

game refuses to ID in my drive and there's no crack yet
go go PC gaming
-
Do you have a different optical drive that you can try? Sometimes that helps with dysfunctional authentication.
-
nope just the one. might be why it took so long to install, too.
-
oh my god do NOT buy this game
after some back and forth with SecuROM tech support, got a new executable from them that would actually load. here's what happened:
Try 1: Executable fails, demands I install a Vista hotfix related to graphics virtual memory paging
Try 2-5: Game loads, logos play, title screen, okay! Game crashes once I click "single-player." I spent a while trying to find video settings that would work.
Try 6: Success! I find the create a character screen and type in my character name, as it's at the top of the sheet and mouse focus starts there. Oops, I created a character.
Try 6.5: I back out, delete the accidental character, create a new one. My mouse sensitivity is totally fucked and about 50% of what it should be.
Try 7: Success! I am in the game! I am killing zombies! The chatty tutorial is annoying. It's hard to read item names on the ground cause they use weird font scaling. Hmm, I don't remember London streets being this...corridory. I got armor with some stats on it! Yay stats!
I port to the second area and the game crashes.
THE END.

It's funny, those crash bugs between zones have been in the game since I started playing it months and months ago. I filed many bug reports, but I guess shipping without frequent crash bugs wasn't a priority for Flagship! BU BU BU DIABLO 2 TEAM!!!
-
Flagship more like Sunkenship am i rite
Better ping these guys when they pull a Sigil Online
-
Flagship more like Pinkslip
-
That's good, I like that, but that means they got fired when their game just sucked and they failed
-
Yeah, the talent doesn't suck, Flagship just lacks discipline. In an environment with good leadership and quality assurance they could kick some ass!
-
Since I hadn't voted yet until you posted impressions, I told you to poop on it because it would be funny
Drrrrrrrrrrrroppin Loads
