Now that all these beautiful PS3 games are coming out that blow everything on the 360 out of the water (Heavenly Sword, Lair, Uncharted, Little Big Planet, Killzone 2, MGS4), you see 360 owners yelling "omg sfags, grafix don't make a game good!"
Now with the recent PS3 price cut, these beautiful games coming out, Blu Ray winning the format war, the future of the PS3 is becoming brighter and brighter.
Here's how it will go down...
PS3 will get a boost this Christmas season, with an extra price drop in the Spring that will just finish off the 360 (who has pretty much nothing in '08).
How do you xfags not see this?

I dunno, but I do know unless Microsoft gets their act together and fixes their faulty hardware, the PS3 will most definitely look much more attractive. I'd rather pay more for a reliable system, then pay for a 360.

The number of developers working on 360 as their primary platform kills the number of people who even thought about working on the Dreamcast. The scenarios are not analogous.

360 has no chance against the ps3 worldwide, especially since it's getting OWNED in sonyland europe. when uncharted drops, it's going to be the beginning of the apocalypse. UT3 BAM! then GT5 BLAOW! then MGS4 BAM! then omg duck and cover bitches and run to your bunker here comes FF13!!! BOOOOM SHAKA LAKA!

I love Resistance: Fall of Repetition so much I can only play it for fifteen minutes at the time. It's too pretty, I have to turn off the PS3 and wipe the dazzle out of my eyes

By the way, IMO, the PS3 is the best system in terms of dependable hardware. Too bad they dropped the ball on about everything else, including making first party games and insuring exclusives that compare to the 360's lineup.
Mark my words, the PS3 won't be competitive unless Little Big Planet randomly is the killer app for the system, or until God of War III comes out.

They might have, but let's not put ever into the equation. I mean, look at Nintendo. They are leading this gen, and if you would have told me the Wii would be number one in sales in 2004-2005, I would have laughed at you.
Hell, the GameCube was outselling the Xbox for a while (correct me if I am wrong). Anything could happen, especially since the PS3 is possibly the best system to be in last place in the console wars.

How have they lost when they have more hw sales in 2/3 territories?
PS3 only sold more than the 360 in Europe this year because of the launch month. Since the launch, the two have been neck to neck. Europe doesn't even mean that much anyways. 360 sales in US last month alone was almost 1/2 of PS3s sold all year in Europe.

I'm pretty sure Wii software sales will rise now that Mario Galaxy's coming out.
Mario has better name recognition then Mickey Mouse. Even the mass casual audience of the Wii will probably purchase Mario Galaxy because they know who Mario is and heard he is supposed to be in good games.

That is ONE GAME. As a gamer are you actually happy with ONE game? I would at least like THREE games. I know its asking for a lot. No doubt the Wii will probably continue to dominate HARDWARE sales, but there is no pride in hanging around with the Wii crowd exclusively, or trumpeting their business practices.
Or wait, maybe they have fantastic business practices from the point of view of THE BUSINESS. Lets start sending a message to Microsoft and Sony that we want companies that target demographics that don't actually want to play games, but would rather like some hunk of out-dated shit they drag out on christmas and easter when the old people show up and wanna live the quirky magic of playing a low-rent sports game while its snowing right outside the window.
The PS3 belongs in last place because unlike Nintendo, Sony is doing EVERYTHING wrong. They cant nail the dirty business side like the Wii, and they cant nail the gamer-interest side like the 360. SO WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON SONY?!?! JESUS CHRIST. A generation in the prayer closet should teach them whats what.
