Title: Book on fonts, graphic design in general
Post by: Billy Rygar on November 05, 2007, 04:59:19 PM
I'm starting to do somethings for work that are going to require a strong, clean visual design and I want to read up on specifically fonts, but some stuff on graphic design in general would be great.  Give me stuff to read.

Also pick up Print, How, and Dwell on the newsstands.  The first two are dedicated to graphic design and the third to interiors.  Those magazines also practice what the preach with clean, simple art direction.

It's basic and it's not basic. It's like the Strunk and White or the K&R of fonts. If you want anything to do with fonts then you need this book.
