Even if I answer questions badly on purpose to get the worst score the evaluation tries to get the person to think positive and date anyway. Wtf
-
that is the most bafflingly disconnected question and corresponding survey i have ever seen
-
Q: Are you better off single?
A: No.
-
:lol
-
I don't know which is the more worthless site, MSNBC or Yahoo.
-
Are you homo?
-
A good portion of American society can't comprehend a voluntary 'loner' or solitary lifestyle. This gal was on the verge of acknowledging the concept and then receded halfway through her own thought process.
-
wow, basically none of the questions asked had anything to do with the advantages of being single versus actively dating or in a relationship. gj msnbc!
-
also, there is no possible outcome where you shouldn't go find someone immediately
-
we all need a mrs angry face :'(
oh yea, my mom once a month
-
I agree, your mom once a month is better than being single
-
That was way too easy. :lol

advantages of being single :
1) cockroaches are great pets and cleaning up is overrated. Nothing says "Faithful companion" more than a roach stuck in an empty Pot Noodle cup.
2) those random drunk nights out where you've filled some unwitting bubble head full of alcopops become less guilt filled
3) i am going to sit around in my pants and each cheatos and play Saturn games - what's that? Oh that's right - no one is complaining.
4) you can be irresponsible with your cash and only your inner voice will care
5) you have no one to answer to, meaning you have utter freedom of movement, do what you want
6) you get to enjoy the adventure of being single. Don't fret , just enjoy it - eventually someone will come along and that in itself will change a number of facets of your life. So enjoy your free time! there seems to be something with American guys where they absolutely have to have a girlfriend. Learn to be alone with yourself through choice ! Have fun living your life.
7) want to up and leave for another country? No baggage ! Just get up and go.
I miss #3 and #5 :(

The main things that suck for me about being single:
-The dating "game"... I can't stand this, everything seems like it's going really smoothly, and then the girls never pick up the phone when you call them, or they make half-hearted promises to go out again, which they will only break.
-Having to spend the money for Match.com :P
-The majority of my friends are married or in long-term relationships, I always tend to feel like the odd man out. And of course, none of them are interested in going to "meat market" places where people hook up (not that I am effective in that type of environment)
-How it affects your confidence level... It's like, no girls want to talk to me after the initial meeting, that I lose any kind of confidence I have in myself (ohhh, is there something wrong with ME?), making it even harder to fake an aura of confidence on dates
-I'm 25 now, and I wanted to at least be married before I hit 30.
So no, I am definitely not better off being single. The only good thing about it is I can sit around all day in my boxers playing obscure RPG #23862 for 5 hours on weekends. But as much as I love obscure RPGs, it's still no substitute for a quality relationship.

Last night I was swapping my blockbuster movie for another, i chose spider-man 3 just to finish the trilogy, not because I knew if I'd be entertained or not.... and just before I got to the front of the line, this HUGE (somewhere between 350-400, you can't tell at some point) buck-toothed (and im not kidding, it's like he had two mouths) guy walks in front and goes "WHY DONT YOU GUYS HAVE THE SIMPSONS UP THERE" And this poor clerk helps him find it. And the guy keeps repeating how long he had been waiting for it and how he had been itching to play it for months.
what do you think, better off single?

Forever single.
But when you're married, you don't have to feel guilty about acting nice for a day or two just to get sex. A woman can't ask for more commitment than marriage.
-
I personally could not stay single. Like Tiesto, most of my friends are married, and I always feel like the odd man out. I also grew up in a big family so starting my own someday is something that I will cherish immensely.
