Emotionally, the most unbearable day of med school for me was when we had to remove the head from a cadaver.  Before that, the head was covered so the cadaver didn't seem so human.  I felt really sad when I saw the face of the body that we've been dissecting on.  Physically, of course I kinda want to puke too.  It was like being in a horror movie.  But it wasn't as bad as when I had to saw off the lower limb and clean off all the feces that were still in the colon.

I'm just doing it for the kids, MAF.
