Here's me doing some light sparring. It's my opponent's first time sparring, so I wasn't being very aggressive.

Do you ever do full contact (including grappling), Boogie? I'd imagine that you do less kicking in those, since they leave you open if a guy can close the gap quickly and take you down after you miss one of those high kicks. And from what I've read you prefer grappling anyway, right? You have good leg speed; I thought that first front kick killed that guy. :lol

Sometimes we'll grapple with striking allowed, but not that often. We'll only mix everything together for sparring once in a while. And yeah, kicking definitely opens you up to get taken down easier. If you're sparring with takedowns, you really have to pick your shots more carefully.
