Title: 5.1 system recommendations

After being blown away by Demi's setup, I though I should look into 5.1 surround setup for my main TV. 

Seriously, though, does anyone here have any good recommendations for a decent 5.1 set up.  I don't want to break the bank or get a receiver.  I heard Logitech has some decent offerings but I don't know if their sound quality it up to snuff.

Just get a nice headphone if you can't afford a decent 5.1 system.  All in one surround systems are garbage.
