No, they're all from season 2.  Icarus Venture is from I Know Why the Caged Bird Kills, in the middle of the montage explaining Rusty's past with the Insane Chick.  He's wearing it while at some sort of public showing, and people start shooting at him, and she carries him offstage Bodyguard-style.
