Title: So I got that job at Borders

Finally got a job.  I start training on Dec. 30th, and I shall get money that I desperately need.  I'm pretty psyched.

One of the first jobs i applied for was Borders. They're the only company i can think of to actually give me a polite letdown letter. That didn't stop me from going in as a customer and unsuccessfully hitting on the girls in the cafe. It probably encouraged it.

Book store should be a cool job. I worked in a comic book store for a couple of years while I was at university.

Oh fuck, I meant Nov. 30th.  I have training that day and then the following day, which is Dec. 1.  I just mixed to two together.

I have to wait for after Thanksgiving obviously.  If I had to work Black friday and the following days....ugh.

Take advantage of the discount.  You also may be able to borrow books as well.

From my experience, Borders people seem nicer, but Barnes and Nobles has more shit.

Barnes and Noble.  I can't stand the bright red store designs.  Plus BN has cuter chicks.
