Basically, a festival that highlights a whole lot of the chiptune scene's biggest artists... Goes on Fri-Sun this week, at a small venue near Wall Street. Went last year and it was pretty kickass (I even brought a girl to it, who loved it too...) I am going this Friday, it's gonna be really sick - Bubblyfish, Nullsleep (arguably one of the most popular chiptunes artists), Virt (the musician for Contra IV!!!), and Hally... Last year, Hally absolutely fucking FLOORED IT - playing music reminiscent of Mega Man and some of the more upbeat Konami action games, with heavy breakbeat influences.
