That sounded racist to me. Well you are black so clearly you can't be racist, but just to be sure I think you should be dropped in a caldron of oil. If you survive you're not a racist, but if you die, good riddance to racist trash.
No, he's a Republican so he's a) not black, regardless of his skin color and b) therefore inherently racist. BURN HIM!!!

While I am not a fan of racism, I believe freedom of choice should still be represented in american society, political correctness be damned.
I mean PERSONALLY I feel uncomfortable hanging with people who will say a bunch of stuff around me in a language I dont understand. I mean its just not fair. That being said those people shouldnt be forced to sit with an uneducated fuck like myself that cant speak their language.

Fuck the people who move to America and don't bother learning English.

Yeah, everyone knows it doesn't count if you are in different cities.

Nobody cheated on anybody!
Was it a different area codes thing? Or was it an agreed sexual experiment? I'm so confused.

I'm curious to know what statute was invoked in the arrest. I mean, does Britain really have laws against racist speech or behavior which doesn't ostensibly infringe on another's rights? If so, wow. Seems that the codification of political correctness is much further along on the other side of the pond...
And even if they do have such laws, I'm almost certain they're not applicable here anyway. For once -- and in the most bizarre situation to do so in -- they must have decided to follow the spirit of the law rather than the letter, because I'm damn sure that there's no specific law prohibiting asking out of a group at school due to communication issues. What a joke.

She was arrested under the Public Order Act Section 5, which in 1998 was amended to include offences that are racially or religiously aggravated. Sections 18 to 23 also deal with racial hatred or racial inflammatory material. Section 29 deals with religious hatred. I await Richard Dawkins arrest.
Yeah, that's pretty freakin' broad. :lol And it's not like we don't have a right to be fearful of such laws, since with this case they've already shown themselves inclined to wield their plenary power unbounded by the strictures of common sense and commensuration. Where does it end? I'm sure it's a relatively isolated incident, but the fact that not a single person in that chain of command stepped in and said, "come on, this is bullshit" doesn't augur well for the future of England.
