Title: How do I shot web and understand Persona 2?

I know this is part 2 of a two part story thang, but it's like incomprehensible.  Help me pleeze.  They didn't even attempt to make this followable.

Play 3 instead, its got funky music. Its bad-good, like marvel versus capcom 2 bad.
