did you get it because I recommended it earlier or not

Imagine Jennifer Connelly with her pants off.

Don't remember seeing the recommendation, its more due to me having watched The Fountain recently and makin' love to that soundtrack.
-
also you seem to be ignoring the thread, but do you know where I can get a hold of glass candy's previous album? :-*

Fantastic soundtrack.

I was actually going to respond to it but my only experience with Glass Candy comes from that particular album. They seemed to be more serious business (Goth/Punk) before Beatbox.

yeah and like the video I posted in that thread, I liked the sound of it, and thought you maybe had the album
-
When are you going to watch the movie?
-
Not sure, I may pick it up today if I can find it at Best Buy or something.

I know Requiem is generally considered the better movie (although personally I prefer The Fountain), but I think in terms of Mansell's scores, The Fountain is unquestionably better. So incredible.

Really? I thought The Fountain score, while beautiful, was a letdown in comparison to Requiem. I was kind of bummed when I recognized that certain cues from the music were ver very similar to Requiem. Not a bad thing, bt the qualit of the Requiem soundtrack had me wanting something entirely new and different.
And I was disappointed by the Fountain in general. I view it as an either out of ten. After years of waiting, it seemed like Aronofsky had to cut corners and "dumb down" his movie in order to get it made. It was totall a let down after more than a half decade of waiting. Requiem ma be more of a bummer and a sad trip, but it says what it says more conclusively, and in a more satisfyingly stylistic manner.
