I really like her observation at the end that 'This is, at best, a 20 year problem.'  Great perspective to hear for those of us who have been listening to the bashing/working in the industry since the bashing started.

So is this post about people like us saying a game is shit, or is it about how evil and wicked Games are to people, and eventually something new will come along to eclipse gaming and everyone will target that as the source of all of people's troubles?
