Also in that same scene, Bryant is drinking JOHNNIE WALKER BLACK BRAND SPACESCOTCH! NO LIE!
Also, Bryant is played by the dude from a Tales From the Crypt episode. The episode where the old retiree takes up taxidermy as a hobby, to the horror of his pet loving wife.

question
my LCD projector is 1280x720
is there any reason to feed it a 1080i signal? I figure it'll all be 720 pixels in the wash, so I might as well feed it 720p...right?

To go along with BLADE RUNNER WEEK here at EB, The AV Club has reviewed the new release. They give it an A, further confirmation of PD's worse-than-synbios distinguished mentally-challenged.

So is mine, and no there isn't. It'll just downscale it again. I used to have a 1080i/720p-capable CRT and I tried out both options and could barely tell the difference in resolution. Much better to have a progressive signal in that case.
Luckily for moi, my OTHER display is 1080p and Blade Runner is in the mail :hyper
