Salamander! You may know it better as LIFEFORCE rite. Also Xexex is sexex. You have to import Salamander Portable. I got my copy at Frys
You get Gradius II with both games, thats like bonus!

I have Twinbee collection, couldnt afford Parodius collection last time I was at frys, and couldnt find it again. Plus they arent as accessible as Gradius/Salamander so I dont wanna recommend em to just EVERYONE

I need to get both the games you posted above at some point. I like horizontal shooters a hell of a lot more than vertical shooters.

Was the Salamander collection ever released in the US?
No - only the Gradius Portable was as Gradius Collection

Saw the Salamander Portable at a couple import stores in NYC, wanted to buy but they were charging up the ass for them, just never got around to buying online. I prefer NES Life Force to the arcade/MSX Salamander for some reason, but Xexex looks great and I always wanted to play that.
