what does the qu'ran say on the subject of teen pregnancy and unwed mothers, himumu
Garden State 2007? Yeah fucking right. Nothnig could ever be as pretentious as that movie. Have some balls and just go see the damn movie. It's getting rave reviews EVERYWHERE, unlike the shitty Garden State.
That's Sherry. She's my favorite 'villain' from the 24 series.
I hate witty dialogue arghno! diablo cody is so awesome though. :(
Been tryin to tell you fools it's a good movie.Everyone who sees it loves it. It's just some EB'ers automatically decide to hate movies if critics love them for some reason. There was a similar backlash to The Departed and Little Miss Sunshine last year.
I know there is a ton of Arrested Development fans that come out in force every time Cera is in a film so all the reviews are tainted to me.What trend is there for that? Purely Superbad?

You've always preferred mainstream nonsense sir.
spoiler (click to show/hide)She seems to be the selfish/mean one at the start but she turns out to be the awesome nice one and Jason Bateman turns out to be the selfish/mean one. :)[close]
When he waswith Juno I started to get creepy pedo vibes from Jason Bateman. :-\spoiler (click to show/hide)dancing[close]
well the whole herschell gordon lewis / dario argento discussion, watching the movie on VHS (wtf? no.) the old carpenters compilation. the arguments about music being better in 77 vs 93. the sound track, oh jesus fucking christ the sound track. her three favorite bandsWait her 3 favorite bands was a problem? You can't be serious to say naming Patti Smith is a negative. Patti Smith is one the greatest female musicians like ever.
it just goes on and on and on and on
but aside from that, it was really rather funny. jk simmons was great.

Hard Candy is awesome. Avoid X-Men 3. It's horrible.

I actually didn't mind the pop culture stuff with Bateman. It wound up being part of his character, and not in a lazy awesome-by-association way. By the same token, I thought Juno picking a major radio hit as a song to "educate" him on was meant to show how naive she was.
The soundtrack to the actual movie and some of the dialogue was super-precious, though.
And you don't like JK Simmons. I'm the one who likes JK Simmons!

Yeah, she was meant to be naive about music. Like her being unaware that her version of All The Young Dudes she was playing for Bateman was a cover song that was originally by David Bowie.
