Title: Showers: Do you take them in the evening or morning?
Post by: CurseoftheGods on January 02, 2008, 04:22:26 PM: I used to take mine in the morning, but I started taking showers before going to bed since most of my classes this year start at 8:00 (and I abuse the snooze function).

These days I don't shower each day. The weather doesn't make it necessary.

No. You can easily re-enact that by jerking off standing up in your room while watching vids instead of being 40 minutes in the shower because you cant cum.

I think that the more you shower, the faster you get the feeling you're dirty.

I shower when you're supposed to, IE in the morning when you wake up. People who come to class without showering= :yuck

You are either thinking of my old job from the summer of 06 (god that job was terrible) or you are thinking of Arvie's job. I do data entry and dispatch at the Ford plant.

If I wake up and feel sweaty which isn't often I'll take a shower in the morning too. I don't do enough when I'm asleep to feel dirty though, you're just lying there and you're already clean from your shower the night before.

if i know i'm going to have to get up disgustingly early for a trip or something, i'll usually shower the night before.

i have better morning discipline for showers, though. at night i tend to get lazy and have a lot of other crap i want to do first, pushing shower time back pretty late, and that's a pain. when the alarm forces me awake it's much easier for me to just get my ass in the shower because i have no other choice.

and i do a lot of other fancy shit in the shower (wash face, conditioner, shave, etc.) which i'd just save for morning.

don't have to look beautiful when you're sleeping.

slightly off topic, I shave (mostly trim) about once a week. but I just realized today that I never shaved or trimmed my mustache in my life. fucking weird.

Prof. Prole, I don't get the shaving at night thing...do you still feel clean-shaven in the morning? Or does it not bother you? of course, i'm on the hirsute side (i've been called "Missing Link" at times...)

For those who don't like bathing in a frothy stew of soap crust and curly pubes, I suggest you do it Japanese-style: wash before you get in the bath, so you don't get any soap or shampoo in the bath water. If you do it right, the whole family should be able to bathe in the same water.

There's nothing wrong with showering at night, but not showering in the morning is messed up.
