got compelled to make this thread cos I just splurged at EB

just picked up:

Bioshock
Condemned
Call of Duty 2
Ninja Gaiden (original xbox version)

omg I hear these games are good

I say Ninja Gaiden since its the most accessible (BTW you got the Black edition right?)

The rest you shouldnt play till you can sit down and try to play thru them end to end.

Also I have never played CoD2 - but if its like the rest you dont wanna play that either till you can plough all the way thru...

I was fooled with CoD4 and I'm not getting fooled again.  Halo 3 and UT3 FER ME.  Speaking of UT3, the PS3 mod content is coming out; new maps are out, plus mutators including GAME SPEED ENHANCEMENTS, color enhancements, and a third person action cam.  Awesome.

condemned is pretty awesome - i love the crime scene investigation mechanics.....

I hope the new game holds up as well.

The UT3 mods for the PS3 have been pretty cool so far. I haven't been interested in new maps/mods, etc. since Dark Forces and the Aliens Total Conversion mod for Doom.

The big problem right now however, is that the game doesn't automatically download new maps and mods, so now when you go to play a lot of online games, you can't connect to the games without having the right mods downloaded first.  This needs to be fixed, stat.
